Description:
Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triage and transfer phone calls; greeting the public and helping customers with directions internally. Must have exceptional customer service skills.Days and Shifts:
Monday- Friday 7:00am
- 3:30pm On-Call Rotation
- One or 2 holidays per year (during the week) rotating schedule
