Description:
Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triage and transfer phone calls; greeting the public and helping customers with directions internally. Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Days and Shifts:
Monday
  • Friday 7:00am
  • 3:30pm On-Call Rotation
  • One or 2 holidays per year (during the week) rotating schedule
Department:
Business Office Requirements Educational/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification required within 6 months of start date Computer knowledge preferred Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well Experience in healthcare setting helpful
