COMMUNITY LIAISON, AMN
Healthcare- International Solutions Position Summary The Community Liaison serves as a link between AMN Healthcare-International and the Health Professionals (HP) upon their arrival to their assignment location.

Must be an effective communicator, as most of the job revolves around communication with the nurse, colleagues and third party companies/agents. Partner with appropriate internal teams to ensure cost effective quality service to the nurses ensuring on-time start and solid foundation in a new environment. Must be able to meet deadlines and be able to associate well with the health professionals to ensure that the relocation process works to fit their requirements, but above all, be sensitive to their needs both personally and professionally. Research the location of Client facilities to give health professionals an overview of housing, schools and any other areas relevant to their specific location. Must be able to negotiate and problem solve effectively and be able to read a situation that may be proving stressful to the health professional or their family in regards to the move. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the health professional upon their arrival in the U.S. Partner with Credentialing to ensure all documents are received in a timely manner. Ensure all New Hire paperwork is submitted within 48 hours of their arrival. Obtain US contact number within 2 days of arrival. Must be organized and able to multitask to coordinate the move process smoothly. Must be able to quickly relate and communicate with many different types of people. Develop and maintain professional relationships with client facilities as required. Engage HP into the community by providing them adequate local resources.
