Seeking candidates remote within the U.S. or hybrid from our Des Moines, Iowa office. What You'll Be Doing Plan and execute global events including trade shows, user conferences, webinars, and virtual events. Manage event calendars, budgets, logistics, registrations, lead capture, and performance reporting Support executive speaking engagements through logistics coordination, briefing materials, and topic development. Partner with PR agencies and internal teams on press releases, media outreach, thought leadership content, and customer stories. Manage ViClarity's LinkedIn and YouTube presence, aligning content with campaigns, events, and brand messaging. Develop internal communications, executive updates, and business-focused marketing communications. Coordinate vendors, sponsorships, awards submissions, customer roundtables, and advisory board activities in partnership with marketing, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field preferred. 24 years of experience in event management, public relations, corporate communications, social media, or integrated marketing; B2B SaaS, fintech, GRC, or regulated-industry experience preferred. Strong project management skills, including vendor coordination, budget management, and deadline execution. Excellent written communication skills, including press releases, executive communications, social media, and editorial content. Ability to analyze event, media, webinar, and social performance metrics and apply insights. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, webinar, social media, and content management platforms. Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants.
