We are seeking a Communications Specialist to develop DTPG customer, vendor and internal communications with consistent, high-quality messaging. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Translate complex technical or business topics into clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences S upport executive and internal communications, including talking points, presentations, and announcements Build and edit high-quality content across multiple channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, and reports) Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand standards across all communications Partner with collaborators to develop compelling narratives and storytelling Partner with leaders, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment of messaging Capture input and feedback to refine communications and improve transparency Serve as a trusted advisor on communication guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience proven track record in corporate communications, internal communications, or Public Relations Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging messaging Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior collaborators Advanced Generative AI tools experience (examples: Claude, Co-Pilot, Agent Builder, Co-pilot studio) Familiarity with digital communication tools Preferred Qualifications Background in technology, engineering, or highly technical environments Knowledge of organizational change or transformation communications As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
