Job Description

Brand Manager Salary Range:
$59,702 - $89,554 annually, plus bonus opportunity As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will serve as a lead project manager for projects requiring Branding & Creative Services support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Use project management and leadership skills, including prioritization, budgeting, delegation, and time management to successfully complete projects with competing deadlines. Build internal client relationships with the highest level of customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded. Review and approve creative assets to ensure brand alignment, quality, and projects objectives are met. Create strategic marketing communication plans, including campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and success measures. Facilitate meetings and clearly communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy, capture feedback, and drive projects forward. Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on business outcomes and marketing insights.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot experience Minimum 5 years of business experience in marketing or communications Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong meeting facilitation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across competing stakeholder priorities Experience interpreting campaign analytics and reporting on performance metrics
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field Previous leadership or management Design tool familiarity Experience connecting marketing activity to business outcomes Comfort with basic data visualization
ROLE SPECIFICS
Travel :
Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation.
