Job Description

Position Overview We are fast growing high-tech industrial testing instruments manufacturer. We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help amplify our brand message across digital, print, and social channels. You will write engaging content, manage social media accounts, coordinate collateral production, and support lead generation campaigns. This is an ideal role for an entry-level professional or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to build a career in B2B/B2C marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation:
Write clear, compelling copy for marketing collateral, monthly newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and social media feeds.
Digital & Social Media:
Maintain and schedule content across company social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and assist with website updates using WordPress.
Campaign Support:
Coordinate digital email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and track basic open/click engagement metrics.
Sales Collateral & Assets:
Create and maintain print and digital collateral (brochures, flyers, datasheets, case studies, sales presentations) ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Event & PR Logistics:
Work with the sales team and assist with preparation, materials, and digital promotion for industry trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
Internal Communications:
Assist with drafting internal announcements, monthly team newsletters, and company updates to keep internal stakeholders aligned.
Asset & Media Library Management:
Organize and maintain the central digital asset library (images, brand graphics, video clips, logo packages, and product photos).
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
Gather data and assemble routine monthly reports on social media reach, website traffic, and trade show lead counts.
Occasional incoming phone coverage:
Answer phone calls and directing the caller to the appropriate personnel, department, or voicemail to ensure all calls are addressed
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
0-2 years of marketing or corporate communications experience (internships count!).
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to proofreading and grammar.
Technical Tools:
Good experienced in Adobe Photoshop or GMIP, Familiarity with WordPress, social media management platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Stripo), and basic skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.
Attributes:
Self-starter with good time-management and communication skills who can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
