Build brands in motion. The Opportunity We're looking for a digital-first storyteller who thrives at the intersection of content, social media, and creative execution. If you're someone who sees a blank feed as an opportunity—not a task list—this role is for you. You'll take the lead on shaping and executing digital communications across channels, helping us connect, engage, and grow through smart, compelling content. This is a hands-on role where ideas turn into real campaigns—and quickly. What You'll Do Own and execute our social media presence and campaigns Create engaging digital content (written, visual, and multimedia) that tells our story Collaborate with teams across the business to bring ideas to life Translate concepts into content that performs—across platforms and audiences Keep a pulse on trends and continuously evolve our digital voice Support video and multimedia efforts (you don't need to be an expert—we'll help you grow here) Track performance and refine campaigns to drive results What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field A background in digital communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or similar Experience managing social media and digital campaigns A strong eye for content—what works, what doesn't, and why Comfort creating across formats: copy, graphics, short-form content Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing creativity or momentum Experience in a professional environment (corporate or agency) and understanding how to navigate stakeholders Bonus Points If You Have Experience with video or multimedia content A passion for experimenting with new formats and platforms A portfolio that shows range—campaigns, content, or accounts you've managed What Sets You Apart You're both creative and practical—you can dream it and deliver it You understand that great content is both art and strategy You're curious, adaptable, and always looking to level up your skills You don't wait for direction—you bring ideas to the table
