The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in community engagement, healthcare marketing, and relationship management. In this role, you will develop strategic outreach initiatives, foster partnerships, and promote hospital services to enhance community awareness and trust. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will drive engagement efforts that support the hospital's growth and reputation. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders to promote hospital services. Develop and implement targeted outreach programs that increase community awareness of hospital offerings and health initiatives. Conduct product demonstrations of hospital services or health programs to diverse audiences, including community groups and corporate partners. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools for community events and meetings. Manage account relationships with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement through effective account management strategies. Negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative projects that align with hospital marketing goals. Analyze community feedback and market data to identify opportunities for service expansion or improvement. Lead outside sales efforts by actively engaging in outreach activities, attending events, and representing the hospital brand professionally. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure mutually beneficial partnerships. Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or medical sales within healthcare settings. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey complex information clearly. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word for documentation and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Analytical skills to interpret market data, community feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning. Customer service orientation focused on building trust and long-term relationships within the community. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device sales processes is a plus but not mandatory.
