You will develop email, intranet, and presentation content; support leadership messaging; coordinate campaigns around key initiatives; and measure communication effectiveness. Responsibilities Plan, write, and edit internal communications across email, intranet, and presentations. Support leadership messaging for key initiatives, town halls, and announcements. Coordinate internal campaigns that promote culture, engagement, and business priorities. Maintain and update intranet content to ensure timely, accurate information. Collaborate with HR, marketing, and business leaders to align messaging. Create clear, visually compelling slide decks and talking points for leaders. Segment and target messages to appropriate employee audiences. Monitor communication metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness.
