The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications projects that strengthen the organization's brand, reputation, and engagement with key audiences. This role partners closely with marketing and communications leadership to support strategic initiatives and alignment within the Marketing and Communications department. The Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing content across multiple platforms and channels. This individual brings strong writing, editing, and implementation skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically about messaging and adapt it effectively for a variety of audiences. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to tailor and implement messaging across platforms to drive engagement, ensure consistency, and support broader marketing and communications goals. Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, compelling content across multiple channels ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging for diverse audiences such as internal stakeholders, brokers, employers, providers, members, and the broader community.
  • Lead content development and brand execution, supporting ongoing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing and communications strategies.
  • Monitor communications performance and trends; produce regular reports with insights and recommendations, and collaborate on advertising strategy, including timing, placements, and optimization.
  • Analyze data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform messaging strategies, identify emerging trends, and refine tactics to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the broader Marketing and Communications department to support ongoing work aligned with business objectives.
