You will be responsible for planning and executing integrated communications strategies across mainstream media, digital platforms, and marketing channels while supporting editorial content, media management, and communications-related administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated communications plans across mainstream media, social media, digital platforms, and marketing channels in alignment with organisational and whole-of-government communications priorities. Manage social media platforms, including content sourcing, content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring to strengthen digital reach and community engagement. Produce and manage editorial content such as annual reports by working with appointed vendors and internal stakeholders. Implement branding and marketing initiatives, including the production of marketing collateral, in-house videos, infographics, and photography while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Support media management by drafting media advisories, press releases, talking points, and spokesperson briefing materials, as well as monitoring media coverage. Administer programmes by consolidating progress reports, coordinating with stakeholders to verify invoices against approved budgets, and supporting attendance and registration management. Support procurement and budget tracking for communications-related goods and services while ensuring compliance with government procurement procedures. Requirements Degree in Communications, Marketing or Project Management. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Strong attention to detail. Good organisational and time management skills.
