About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports internal and on-site communication efforts during events and client activations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, coordinating information, and contributing to smooth event operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating on-site communications during events Support event teams by relaying information between staff, supervisors, and vendors Help prepare and organize event materials, schedules, and briefing documents Provide clear and professional communication to guests and team members Assist with registration, check-in, and attendee guidance as needed Follow instructions from communications leads and event supervisors
Requirements:
