Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our assisted living community and the surrounding neighborhood. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships, promoting community engagement, and enhancing the quality of life for residents. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for fostering positive public relations, managing outreach initiatives, and supporting strategic growth through effective communication and community involvement. Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will help create a welcoming environment that highlights our commitment to compassionate care and vibrant community connections. Responsibilities Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of assisted living services and programs. Cultivate strong relationships with local and community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders through media relations and public speaking engagements. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and executing social media marketing campaigns to boost community presence. Coordinate volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and recognition efforts to foster active community participation. Organize and participate in public events, health fairs, open houses, and informational sessions to promote community engagement. Collect data on outreach activities, track engagement metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness. Assist in business development efforts by identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting fundraising initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Experience Proven experience in public relations, community outreach, or marketing within healthcare or senior living environments preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings and build rapport with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse communities. Experience managing social media platforms and executing social media marketing strategies. Demonstrated success in volunteer management, event planning, or fundraising activities. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational objectives while managing budgets effectively.
