Job Description

Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist partners with the Product Portfolio Manager to translate product strategy into clear, market‑facing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role bridges product, marketing, and sales, leading integrated campaigns, developing compelling messaging, and using data‑driven insights to optimize performance across the US market.
Essential Duties:
include the following: Partner with the Product Portfolio Manager to translate product strategy, positioning, and value propositions into clear, compelling marketing narratives. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting product launches, portfolio growth, and lifecycle initiatives. Lead content and messaging strategy across digital channels, ensuring alignment with product differentiation and customer needs. Support go-to-market execution by developing launch campaigns, timelines, and supporting assets in collaboration with product and sales teams. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging, campaigns, and content strategy. Plan and optimize email, social, and web campaigns aligned with product priorities and commercial objectives. Analyze campaign performance and engagement, delivering actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy. Oversee development of marketing and sales enablement materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product messaging. Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns, aligning execution with product and portfolio priorities. Serve as a key connector between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring consistent communication and execution across teams. Continuously optimize marketing efforts using performance data, customer feedback, and evolving product strategy. Support additional strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed. Travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and customer visits (approx. 15%) Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Additional skills in multimedia software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube). Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
