Pay Range:
Targeted salary of $50,000, based on education and experience.

Position Introduction:
The OU Enrollment Management Communications and Marketing (EMCOMM) team supports enrollment, recruitment, and student success by creating and coordinating marketing and communications for the Division of Enrollment Management. Based in Norman and working statewide, nationally, and globally, we send communication and marketing materials to students, supporters, and stakeholders throughout the application, decision, orientation, enrollment, and graduation process. Scope of Position/Essential Duties:
This position assists with the daily operations of the Division of Enrollment Management's Slate CRMs for both prospective and current students. The CRM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating processes to support the execution of Enrollment Management marketing campaigns.
This position summary includes:
portal creation and maintenance, query development, process automation, staff training, and the development of new Slate features. This position will create queries for mailings, write code for portals, assist in management of the current student CRM, help with OU's AI chatbot, and innovate new ways to reach prospective students and their families.
This position will also:
Execute and manage queries for senior leadership as well as admissions counseling staff. Provide training to enrollment staff on use of Slate CRM. Work closely with EMCOMM team members to deploy marketing campaigns, both large-scale and ad-hoc, through
Slate CRM:
portals, email, social media, calls, event registration and communication, text messages, direct mail, and through the college website. Web development with Slate portals and CMS. Assist in setup of online forms and registrations. Serve as technical liaison and a point of contact for Enrollment Management's various portals. Work within Slate to develop, code, maintain, and deliver specific messages, including the use of liquid markup, online forms, and configurable joins queries. Work with other teams, internally and externally, to solve problems and improve activities related to CRM marketing and communication. Stay up to date on the latest CRM functionality and development to improve efficiency. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution:
Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Project management and documentation Experience with a CRM, preferably Technolutions Slate (Admissions CRM) Working knowledge of data management concepts including relational databases, data security, data governance, and system maintenance Experience with SQL queries and databases UX/UI design and website usability Experience with Git/Github Highly organized and detail oriented Strong writing skills required Web development including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Proficiency in HTML and CSS to code and optimize emails
Department Preferences:
Degrees in Computer Science, MIS, Marketing, Communications, or Project Management. 6 to 24 months of experience planning, creating, and measuring marketing campaigns using a CRM. Hiring Contingent Upon a
