Pittston, PA Benco Dental is searching for a Communications Intern for the Spring 2027 semester. At Benco Dental, our company is our family, and we are looking for a new addition to assist us in Driving Dentistry Forward. This role will gain hands-on experience creating content, researching and writing stories, supporting social media, and contributing to communications across Benco Dental and the broader 1930 Ventures portfolio. Interview associates and gather information for internal communications

Assist with proofreading, editing, and formatting communications

Create social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

Write and edit social media captions and digital content

Maintain social media content calendars and schedules

Research social media trends, industry topics, and content opportunities

Capture photos and videos at company events, meetings, and other activities

Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages

Track social media performance and key metrics

Support communications, marketing, and special projects as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company

Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English Do YOU Meet These Requirements? Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in a Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations undergraduate or graduate program

Ability to work 15 hours per week

Must be local to the Pittston, PA area to work onsite
