The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating marketing, communications, and content-related activities across the Business Development and Marketing function. This role supports the delivery of campaigns, member communications, content production, vendor coordination, social media management, and performance tracking. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, clear, and high-quality communication with members, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Marketing and Communications Specialist works closely with internal departments, external vendors, and leadership, translating approved strategies into effective communications and deliverables. This position requires full professional fluency in both English and Spanish to support bilingual communications across all channels. This position will have a flexible hybrid work schedule. In office presence at our HQ in Washington DC may be required periodically.

REQUIREMENTS A
