Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role supports the production and delivery of investment-related communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-schedule delivery through disciplined execution of established templates and workflows. Job Summary

• Create and update investment change communications using established templates and processes
• Incorporate plan-specific details into each communication, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• Proofread communications for grammar, formatting, consistency, and accuracy prior to delivery
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Upload, track, and manage communications through established workflows
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions, gather missing information, and keep deliverables on schedule
• Manage multiple communications and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, financial services, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with Adobe PDF
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfort following established processes and working within structured, production-oriented environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services experience, particularly in marketing or customer communications
• Experience with Adobe Campaign or additional Adobe Martech tools
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems and workflows
