Overview Responsible for working as a senior-level professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital communication strategies across corporate channels, including web, email, and social platforms. This role defines corporate center content strategy, oversees campaign delivery, and ensures alignment with brand standards and user experience objectives. The Sr. Digital Communications Specialist collaborates with content teams to deliver consistent and engaging digital experiences, guides communication professionals, drives channel performance, and improves digital communication practices through analytics and continuous optimization. Responsibilities

+ Lead efforts to drive integrated digital communication across multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, websites, blogs, digital advertising, and paid search.

+ Regularly review, audit, and optimize digital content and communication assets to improve relevance, usability, discoverability, and audience engagement.

+ Drive digital communication initiatives that align with organizational priorities, audience engagement goals, and enterprise communication objectives.

+ Oversee end-to-end digital content delivery by ensuring accurate, timely, and optimized publishing and distribution across digital platforms and communication systems.

+ Serve as a strategic digital communications advisor to internal stakeholders and business leaders by developing targeted communication approaches aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.

+ Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, creative, editorial, web development, and operational teams to support integrated communication initiatives and digital engagement strategies.

+ Develop and present campaign performance reports, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

+ Leverage analytics and customer engagement insights to continuously improve digital communication strategies, channel performance, and audience targeting approaches.

+ Ensure adherence to governance frameworks by validating compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational communication standards.

+ Guide teams in ensuring content quality, messaging consistency, and compliance of digital communication outputs with legal, regulatory, accessibility, privacy, and organizational requirements.

+ May be required to participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside normal business hours for crisis response and/or operational events. Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public/Media Relations, Journalism, Business, Fine Arts, or another related discipline is required.
  • Years of Experience:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in areas such as customer communications, internal communications, marketing, brand management, advertising, media/public relations, or a related field is required. Industry experience is preferred.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public/Media Relations, Journalism, Business, Fine Arts, or another related discipline is required.
  • Years of Experience:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in areas such as customer communications, internal communications, marketing, brand management, advertising, media/public relations, or a related field is required.

Industry experience is preferred.
