Full Job Description Description:
Agile Space Industries is a rapidly growing supplier of propulsion hardware and engineering services for the space industry. Headquartered in Durango, Colorado, with expanding operations in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, Agile has achieved more than 40% year-over-year growth for the past three years, and our momentum continues to accelerate. At Agile, we design, build, and test in-space propulsion systems that give spacecraft the ability to maneuver with precision, reliability, and purpose. Our technologies play a critical role in missions that range from lunar landings and resource utilization to national defense, human exploration, and commercial space transport. We are seeking bold and driven individuals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment and want to help write the next chapter of space history as part of a close-knit, innovative team. Agile Space Industries is seeking a remote Strategic Communications Specialist to support both Marketing and Business Development in telling a consistent, compelling story of the Agile brand. Structurally, this role sits within the Creative function under the Business Development organization and serves as the connective layer across marketing, communications, technical content, PR, and customer engagement. This is not a traditional content, PR, or marketing role. It is a narrative-building role focused on how all of these elements come together to shape a cohesive brand story. Success in this position requires strong curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to consistently ask "so what," "why," and "how" to uncover meaning behind complex work and translate it into clear, authentic communication. At Agile, we are solving highly complex propulsion challenges that very few organizations in the aerospace industry are tackling today. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in that work by observing, learning, and developing a deep understanding of both the technology and the market, then transforming it into strategic, high impact storytelling for a wide range of audiences. Storytelling is a critical driver of modern marketing and brand development. This role plays a key part in shaping how Agile communicates its mission, capabilities, and impact as we continue propelling the future of space exploration and national security.IMPORTANT
