Reviews and valide all proposed design changes prior to submission to the Director Mission Systems. Prepares long-range design, installion, maintenance, and test planning for equipment and facilities to meet both planned and unplanned changes to mission requirements. Develops equipment budget estimes for preparion of input into the budgetary process. Coordines building maintenance, construction issues, contract maintenance support and vendor support. Analyzing and resolving a wide variety of unusual telecommunicions problems by designing and establishing new opering criteria for radio and TV studios, transmitter systems, and major broadcast systems, and develops detailed system drawings and blueprints using Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through Nional Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizions (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
