Job Description
Website Content Management:
Regularly update and maintain website content using a CMS (Content Management System), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Creation & Updates:
Edit and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
Image Editing:
Enhance and optimize images for digital use using Adobe Photoshop.
Multilingual Content Coordination:
Collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated content, ensuring timely updates and accurate localization across all digital platforms.
Event Support:
Assist regional commercial teams with the planning and execution of industry events, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Expected Role Challenges
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables with short turnaround times (1-2 weeks)
Essential Requirements of the Role
2-5 years experience
Demonstrated hands-on experience creating marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Proven ability to design and produce both print and digital marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, banners, social media graphics)
Direct experience working in a website Content Management System (CMS) to update and publish content (e.g., EM, Drupal, WordPress, or similar)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual consistency across digital and print formats
Experience editing and optimizing images and basic video content for web and social channels
Ability to translate business and product messaging into visually compelling designs and web content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) for creating polished, presentation-ready materials
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in design, formatting, and web content updates
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables with short turnaround times (1-2 weeks)
Clear and proactive communicator, especially when coordinating with remote stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Comfortable receiving feedback and making quick, iterative revisions while maintaining quality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize design and CMS tasks simultaneously
Accountability and ownership mindset, with transparent progress tracking and deadline management
Curiosity and initiative to learn new tools and systems quickly without heavy guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
