Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CRM & Communications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce and TargetX environments. You will be responsible for automated email drip campaigns and communications that drive recruitment, engagement, and other constituent activities. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support our transition to Slate CRM. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary resource for TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns.
Create, configure, and maintain automated email campaigns using Communication Planner.
Collaborate with departments to plan and optimize communication strategies.
Test and troubleshoot campaign workflows to ensure successful delivery and engagement.
Support the transition from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM by documenting existing campaigns and assisting with migration planning.
Requirements
3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM and TargetX.
Proficiency in TargetX Communication Planner and automated email campaigns.
Strong skills in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
Experience troubleshooting CRM and campaign-related issues.
Preferences
Experience in higher education environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email communications.
Experience with CRM integrations and third-party applications.
