We are seeking an experienced Communication Specialist to develop and deliver strategic, engaging communications that support organizational priorities, change initiatives, and business integration efforts. This role will partner closely with Communications, Change Management, executive leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure employees understand key organizational changes, milestones, and impacts.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator who can translate complex or sensitive business information into clear, compelling messaging for audiences across all levels of the organization.
What you will be doing:
Develop and execute communication plans and strategies that support organizational priorities, integration initiatives, and change management efforts. Partner with Communications and Change Management leaders to plan and deliver communications that help team members understand organizational changes, key milestones, and business impacts. Manage communication timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational objectives. Write creative, clear, and compelling long- and short-form content for a variety of channels, including executive communications, emails, internal newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and other materials. Develop thoughtful messaging for complex, sensitive, or evolving topics and translate detailed business information into clear and accessible communications. Create communications for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, senior leaders, people leaders, and team members across a dispersed workforce. Partner with leaders and subject matter experts throughout the organization to gather information, develop messaging, review content, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines. Identify communication needs and proactively recommend the appropriate audiences, channels, timing, and messaging. Support internal newsletters and other ongoing organizational communications, from topic development and content creation through review and distribution. Research and identify relevant topics, trends, and themes that align with organizational priorities and communication objectives.
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional communications experience. Demonstrated experience developing and executing internal or corporate communication strategies. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and communication channels. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills. Experience supporting change management, organizational transformation, integrations, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is highly preferred. They will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled at taking complex information and turning it into meaningful communications that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to know.
