Manager - Communications, Leasing Advisory About the role: We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful Communications Manager to be a key part of the Leasing Advisory Communications team and play a pivotal role in supporting our external and internal communications and recognition programs. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Communications to drive key initiatives, generate PR coverage and ensure consistent, effective communication across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, collaborative team member, and demonstrates strong critical thinking skills. Essential Responsibilities Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior U.S. Leasing Advisory business leaders and key external partners. Independently manage U.S. media relations, building and maintaining relationships with top-tier national and trade outlets; proactively position executive thought leadership to advance business, recruiting, and reputation objectives. Direct the U.S. PR network, translating national strategy into regional execution; ensure cohesive messaging across markets and channels while leading quarterly agency planning and performance reviews. Partner closely with Field Marketing to activate national priorities at the local level, ensuring communications strategies are market-relevant, timely, and aligned to leasing business goals. Architect and execute strategic internal communications programs for Leasing Advisory that convert business priorities into integrated, measurable initiatives (e.g., executive testimonial platforms, recruiting-focused narratives, and structured thought leadership series). Direct rapid-response and issues-based communications, serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders; exercise judgment in rapid response situations. Collaborate with office leadership and research teams to align communications strategy with market intelligence and business priorities, providing senior counsel on stakeholder engagement and message consistency across all touchpoints. Candidate profile 5-8 years related experience, preferably in commercial real estate. This person has a well-rounded strategic communications background.
