We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage employees, and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, and strategic communicator who can develop compelling content across multiple channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, articles, presentations, and executive messaging. Support communication strategies that align with organizational goals and business priorities. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather information and develop communication plans. Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of content. Assist in planning and executing company events, employee engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Track communication metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a similar role. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong editing and proofreading abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
