About Bloom Home Care Bloom Home Care is a licensed Texas non-medical home care agency providing personalized in-home assistance for seniors and adults who wish to remain safely at home. We proudly serve Houston and the surrounding communities by providing compassionate, high-quality care coordinated by an experienced registered nurse. We are expanding and are seeking experienced healthcare marketers with existing referral relationships throughout the Houston area. Job Summary We are looking for motivated Healthcare Marketing Representatives (Community Liaisons) who have experience generating referrals for home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, rehabilitation, or other healthcare services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has an established network and wants to earn excellent commission while maintaining a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with: Hospitals Case managers Social workers Discharge planners Skilled nursing facilities Rehabilitation hospitals Assisted living communities Independent living communities Memory care facilities Physicians Geriatric care managers Elder law attorneys Senior living advisors Concierge medical practices Community organizations Responsibilities include: Educating healthcare professionals about Bloom Home Care services Building long-term referral partnerships Identifying prospective private-pay clients Following up with referral sources Representing Bloom Home Care professionally at networking events Tracking marketing activities and referrals Preferred qualifications: Previous healthcare marketing experience Existing referral relationships within the Houston healthcare community Experience marketing: Non-medical home care Home health Hospice Senior living Rehabilitation services Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and independent Reliable transportation Comfortable traveling throughout the Houston metropolitan area Compensation Commission-based compensation with excellent earning potential Performance bonuses available Flexible schedule Independent contractor opportunity No cap on earnings Top performers can build a substantial recurring income by developing long-term referral relationships.
