About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Video Telecommunications Specialist - Level III to support the management and operation of video teleconferencing (VTC) and conference room systems in a secure, mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, scheduling, troubleshooting, and optimization of VTC services to meet mission and customer requirements. What you'll do Manage daily operations of VTC and conference room systems, including scheduling and system configuration Perform video capturing and transfer video content to media streaming platforms Conduct operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VTC and conference room equipment Execute repairs or initiate and track trouble tickets for equipment and system issues Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC and conference systems operate at optimal performance and capacity Resolve technical issues impacting VTC sessions and ensure timely restoration of services Ensure systems are configured to meet requirements for scheduled conferences and mission needs
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in video telecommunications, technical support, or related roles Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications:
CompTIA Security+,
CCNA Clearance:
Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
