Job Summary:

We are seeking a Craft Professional Communications Specialist to develop, execute, and report on communication and recruitment marketing initiatives that support the hiring engagement, and retention of craft professionals across Bechtel projects. This role serves as a key liaison between Corporate Affairs & Marketing and Labor Relations to ensure communications and marketing support hiring priorities, project workforce needs and workforce engagement objectives, while aligning with enterprise brand standards. #Major Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Marketing & Social Media
- + Develop and manage craft professional recruitment marketing and communications materials across social media, digital, print, and hiring events.
Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, and 2-5 years of relevant experience in communications, recruitment marketing, workforce engagement, or a related function. + Experience managing social media and digital campaigns, including content planning, reporting, and stakeholder approvals. + Minimum 6-9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree #Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Strong written and editing skills in English, with demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. + Strong proficiency with Meta Business suite and standard communications tools, including social copywriting and content creation. + Strong attention to detail. + Experience working with large-scale construction, industrial, energy, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects preferred. + Collaborative mindset with the ability to advise and influence when needed. #Total Rewards/Benefits:
