Faces in Bloom is growing, and we're looking for someone very special to join our team.
NOTE:
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the one answering: Phone calls Text messages Emails Helping patients: Feel comfortable and cared for Understand our services Choose what's right for them Get scheduled and excited for their visit We don't "sell." We connect, guide, and match patients to the right treatments at their pace.
WHO YOU ARE
You might be perfect for this if you are: Naturally warm, bubbly, and magnetic Obsessed with people and connection A strong communicator (you know how to talk to humans ) Organized and able to juggle multiple conversations at once Sales-aware (without ever feeling pushy) Excited about the beauty/aesthetic industry You don't need years of experience — but you do need the right energy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails Guide new patients through booking and service selection Support existing patients with questions and scheduling Learn our services inside and out Help maintain a seamless, elevated patient experience Assist in the development of operations, phone scripts, and protocols regarding patient communication and interactions
