Essential to this Position This role will provide marketing communications support in a variety of areas, with a focus on creative services. The candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, project management skills and the ability to work independently on projects as well as on a team. The Marketing Communications Intern for ORBIS Corporation will be responsible for assisting with projects starting now on a part-time basis through Summer 2026, transitioning to full-time hours. General Marketing Communications Project Support Creative Services (Experience preferred in Adobe Creative Suite
  • InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Content development support for corporate news and updates, internal announcements, with the potential to work on external communications. Presentation support Support of web site updates Support at video and photo shoots Trade show and event support Miscellaneous departmental team support as needed Social Media
  • Competitive tracking, social planning and content creation Digital Asset Management
  • Asset preparation and upload of digital assets into ORBIS' digital asset library.
Education / Certifications
Education Required Work Experience Required Pursuing postsecondary degree.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience preferred in Adobe Creative Suite
  • InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week during the school year and transitions to full-time over the summer.
Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently on projects as well as on a team.
