We are a mother-daughter owned business with two locations, Downtown Homewood and The Grove in Hoover, plus a growing online store. We hand-select every piece we carry and we know our customer personally. We are heading into our biggest fall season yet and we are building the team and the infrastructure to make it happen. This is not a remote role. This is not a "manage our Instagram" role. This is a creative production position where you will show up in person, bring ideas, execute shoots, and deliver consistent, beautiful content that represents our brand. You will work directly with our ownership team and be integrated into every part of our marketing. This will begin as a part time position a few days a week and could quickly move into full time depending on your abilities. Plan, style, and produce photo and video shoots from concept to finished asset Appear on camera as a brand representative and help coordinate other on-camera talent Source and schedule models including working with our store team Create graphics, reels, stories, and campaign visuals for social, email, and ads Maintain a consistent visual identity across every platform we operate on Bring original content ideas every single time you come in and execute them Work out of our brand new content studio launching this summer You do not need years of corporate experience. You do need to be creative, confident, organized, and genuinely excited about fashion and brand storytelling. The right person for this role is someone who already makes content, already has an eye, and is ready to bring that energy to a brand they can grow with. Confident and comfortable on camera, this is non-negotiable A natural planner who can manage shoot logistics without being micromanaged Strong visual instincts, you know what looks good and why Self-directed, you show up with ideas, not waiting to be told what to create Professional, reliable, and easy to work with Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and basic video editing A background in marketing, PR, communications, fashion, or a related field is a plus Thank you for taking the time to apply for this position, we look forward to meeting you!
