We're looking for a creative, confident, and self-motivated person to join The Pink Tulip team and help us create content people actually want to watch. The Pink Tulip is a mother-daughter owned women's boutique that has been dressing Birmingham women since 1986. With two retail locations and a growing online business, we're looking for someone who is excited to help tell our story and bring fresh creative energy to our brand. What you'll do: Create lots of Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, graphics, and campaign content Help concept, style, plan, and execute photo + video shoots Be comfortable appearing on camera as part of the brand Help find and coordinate models, locations, props, and shoot details Bring fresh content ideas and actually make them happen Work closely with our owners and marketing team to keep our brand creative, consistent, and growing You'd be a great fit if you: Have a great eye for fashion, styling, and visual content Are confident and natural on camera Already love creating social content and understand what performs Know Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and basic video editing Are organized, dependable, and able to take an idea and run with it Don't need to be micromanaged, you come in ready to create This is an in-person position in Birmingham, Alabama beginning part-time a few days per week, with the potential to quickly grow into a full-time role.
