$70,000•$80,000 annually Position Overview Law Tigers is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to help grow and strengthen our presence online and within the motorcycle community. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who can balance creativity with execution. You will be responsible for creating and publishing content, managing engagement, building influencer relationships, supporting campaigns, and helping grow the Law Tigers brand across multiple social media platforms. This is not a remote content creator or freelance-style role. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the team long term and actively involved in the motorcycle community. The right person for this role understands the motorcycle community, works well independently, follows through, and is comfortable jumping into both strategy and day-to-day execution. This position requires travel to motorcycle events nationwide, approximately 35% of the time, to capture content, support activations, and represent the Law Tigers brand in person. When not traveling, this role will work from our Scottsdale office alongside our marketing and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). Create, curate, and publish engaging content that reflects the Law Tigers brand and connects with the motorcycle community. Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and community interaction across all platforms. Build and maintain influencer relationships, including coordination of contracts, deliverables, and campaign expectations. Collaborate with field marketing managers and internal teams to support social campaigns and brand initiatives. Travel to motorcycle events and activations to capture content, network, and represent the brand. Monitor social trends, conversations, and platform updates to keep content current and relevant. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence across all channels. Coordinate campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and project execution across multiple initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and audience growth. Support content creation efforts including photography, short-form video, captions, reels, and event coverage. Who You Are Active participant in or genuinely connected to the motorcycle community and culture. Experienced in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communicator with excellent writing, visual, and interpersonal skills. Creative, adaptable, and organized. Comfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Willing to travel regularly and work evenings or weekends during events when needed. Takes ownership, follows through, and does not require constant oversight to stay on track. Interested in building a long-term career with a growing brand. Preferred Experience Experience managing influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Photography, videography, and/or short-form video editing experience. Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools. Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge. Experience covering live events or creating content in fast-paced environments.
