You help a nervous client relax before filming. You hear a great quote during a meeting and instantly think, "That should be a social post." You proactively bring fresh ideas to the team. You help clients feel seen, supported, and excited about their content.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation Film behind-the-scenes content Capture photos and videos Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Assist during podcast recordings Help develop creative content ideas Social Media Management Schedule and publish content Write captions Monitor engagement Assist with content calendars Client Experience Welcome clients into the studio Help clients feel comfortable during shoots Maintain professional communication Build positive relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners Creative Collaboration Participate in brainstorming sessions Bring fresh ideas to client projects Identify opportunities to help clients stand out Stay up to date on social media trends Skills We Value Most Creativity Positive Attitude Communication Skills Emotional Intelligence Reliability Technical Skills Canva Instagram, TikTok, Facebook CapCut or other video editing software Basic photography/video skills
