This role is responsible for turning attention into qualified leads—not just growing followers. You'll own the content calendar, platform strategy, and publishing process from idea to execution. Every video topic, hook, post, and distribution plan will run through you. You'll ensure content is published consistently, aligns with our brand standards, and drives prospects toward a clear offer. If you're equal parts strategist, operator, and growth marketer, this role is for you. What You'll Own Build and manage the content calendar across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop platform-specific content strategies designed to generate leads and sales. Plan video topics, angles, hooks, and distribution strategies. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, messaging standards, and content rules. Publish content on schedule across all channels. Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions. Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Work closely with our CEO Adriana to ensure content supports business goals and offers. Maintain a consistent brand voice that is direct, clear, and free of unnecessary filler. Continuously test new content formats, topics, and hooks to improve results. What We're Looking For Proven experience building an audience for a brand, founder, or creator. Demonstrated success generating leads, pipeline, or revenue through content—not just follower growth. Strong understanding of YouTube long-form content strategy. Deep knowledge of LinkedIn content and audience-building. Experience managing multi-platform content calendars and publishing workflows. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, direct, high-converting content. Bilingual in both English and Spanish You Are A strategist who plans, not just executes. Obsessed with understanding what content drives business results. Organized and highly accountable. Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions. Data-driven but creative. Able to balance brand-building with lead generation.
Pay:
$25•30 hourly
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm weekends as needed
Pay:
$25.00•$30.00 per hour
