Job Description:
We are looking for a Principal Website Content Marketing Specialist for a very important client. Careers That Change Lives At Company, we push the boundaries of what's possible to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life As a Principal Website Content Marketing Specialist, you are a recognized expert responsible for defining and advancing how the Acute Care & Monitoring operating unit's digital content delivers value. This role sets the strategic direction for complex website content experiences across the patient monitoring and airway management portfolios within the operating unit You will translate deep healthcare, clinical, and customer insights into authoritative, high impact content architectures that strengthen our digital presence, credibility, and discoverability Operating with limited oversight, you will influence cross-functional partners across marketing, digital, UX, SEO, technology, clinical, and regulatory teams to shape best-in-class web experiences that support operating unit priorities and long-term business growth. You will lead content gap analyses to inform recommendations for existing content re‑organization and new content development Leveraging strong editorial and digital expertise, you will ensure all content contributes to a cohesive, solution-oriented care continuum story, strengthens our connected technology platform positioning, and aligns with the Company brand platform, voice, and editorial style guidelines Staying abreast of evolving search behaviors and artificial intelligence, you will guide the creation of content optimized for modern discovery while maintaining clinical rigor and regulatory integrity. A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. · Drives large‑scale website transformations, including restructuring content architectures from product‑centric to solution‑centric models · Leads the development of long‑form, evidence‑based healthcare content that builds credibility, authority, and trust in highly regulated markets · Develops and administers the operating unit's internet content and is responsible for its web exposure and position. · Defines a multi-media content strategy and governance for complex, care-continuum and product-level digital journeys, aligning customer needs, business priorities, SEO best practices, and Company brand standards into a cohesive experience · Serves as a primary content authority for cross‑functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions without direct authority. · Designs, revises, and tests website content including layout, graphics, color schemes and navigation features to support company brands. · Partners with SEO, UX, analytics, and technology teams to optimize content for modern search behavior, including AI‑driven discovery and emerging answer engines.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Required Knowledge and Experience · Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. · Mastery of website content strategy within large, complex, enterprise environments · Demonstrated expertise in developing long‑form healthcare or clinical content in highly regulated industries · Advanced understanding of content architecture, web journeys, navigation strategy, and user experience mapping · Proven ability to independently lead moderately to highly complex projects with significant business impact · Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority · Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) and SEO best practices at a strategic level. Preferred Knowledge and Experience · Experience leading content strategy for large‑scale website restructures or migrations across multi‑product or multi‑portfolio organizations · Solid understanding of healthcare buyer journeys, including HCP, administrative, and procurement audiences · Experience operating within rigorous regulatory and claims review environments · Familiarity with AI‑driven search behavior and content optimization for large language models and answer engines · Experience supporting global website governance, including regional and language considerations · Ability to develop umbrella narratives and messaging frameworks that unify strong product brands into cohesive solution stories.
