Washington, DC Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications LinkedIn Photography YouTube Content writing Video shooting Marketing online analytics TikTok Facebook Marketing analytics Instagram Copywriting Analytics Full Job Description The Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of Toastique's social media content across corporate channels while supporting franchise locations with social best practices and localized content opportunities.

This role requires someone who understands social-first storytelling, has a strong eye for visual content, can capture and edit compelling short-form video, and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, trend forecaster, and brand storyteller. Creative Content and Social Media Manager will work at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on content/photoshoot locations.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate tone Ensure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity Assist in maintaining organized workflows for scheduled posts and content preparation Develop and execute Toastique's social media strategy across: Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn Emerging platforms as relevant Build monthly content calendars aligned with: Seasonal campaigns Product launches Franchise initiatives Brand partnerships Promotions and activations Monitor platform trends and recommend opportunities for growth Manage posting schedules and publishing cadence Content Creation and Video Editing Create high-quality short form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Edit videos using tools such as CapCut Design engaging carousel posts, story graphics, and branded visual assets using Canva or similar design tools Ensure all creative output aligns with the brands aesthetic and visual standards Contribute to monthly content planning with influencer and community highlights Franchise Support Provide social media guidance and content support to franchisees Develop social toolkits for local store marketing Identify user-generated content opportunities Help elevate underperforming markets through localized social strategies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, managing campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and TikTok Strong portfolio showcasing: Short-form video Photography Social campaign execution Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite Canva CapCut or equivalent editing tools Deep understanding of: Instagram Reels TikTok trends Platform algorithms Social analytics Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Familiar with social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel for content capture and store visits Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded digital landscape Understanding of social media KPIs; assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
