We're looking for someone who's obsessed with social media. The type of person who notices when a business isn't tagged correctly, isn't afraid to email or call Meta until it's fixed, enjoys learning new features before everyone else, and genuinely gets excited watching accounts grow. At A'List Jewelry, social media isn't just posting pretty pictures—it's one of the biggest ways we educate customers, showcase custom jewelry, and build our brand. You'll be working alongside our current content creator, who has already built the foundation. Your job is to help take it to the next level. What You'll Do Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Upload, edit, schedule, and optimize content. Keep our business profiles updated and accurate. Work through Meta issues and platform support until problems are solved. Help manage social media advertising and campaign performance. Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features. Organize content and help create a consistent posting schedule. Assist with photography and video when needed. Work with our sales team to turn everyday moments into engaging content. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves social media and marketing. Comfortable learning Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Doesn't wait to be told what to do—you look for opportunities. Creative, but also analytical. Professional, reliable, and excited to grow with a local business. Not the Right Fit If... You're looking for freelance or contract work.
