Full Job Description Hiring:

UGC Director for Performance Marketing Agency We're currently looking to hire a UGC Director to take ownership of our UGC production.

The role will initially involve:

Filming and performing ad scripts for our clients Turning scripts and creative briefs into engaging, natural-feeling video ads Understanding hooks, pacing, delivery, and direct-response advertising Helping recruit, train, and manage a larger team of UGC creators Building a reliable creative-production process as we scale We're looking for someone who is confident on camera, understands social media content, communicates well, and is interested in growing into a leadership position. Experience with Meta ads, TikTok ads, direct-response creative, or managing creators is a major plus. This can become a long-term opportunity with significant responsibility for the right person.
