Eden Elementary School Role Overview The yearbook coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and producing the annual Eden Elementary School yearbook. This role focuses on capturing the experiences, achievements, and community of kindergarten-fourth grade students in a high-quality, inclusive, and age-appropriate publication. The coordinator works collaboratively with staff, students, and administration to ensure the yearbook reflects the school's culture and memories of the academic year. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and produce the annual yearbook from start to finish Develop a yearbook theme that reflects the Eden Elementary community Photograph or collect photos of school events, classroom activities, students, and staff Organize, edit, and manage digital photos and content Collaborate with teachers, staff, and student contributors to gather content Ensure all students are represented fairly and appropriately Adhere to school policies regarding student privacy, permissions, and appropriate content Manage deadlines and coordinate with the yearbook printing vendor Review proofs for accuracy, spelling, and layout before final submission Qualifications Experience with graphic design, publishing, photography, or yearbook production preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail, including spelling, layout, and visual consistency Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
