Job Description

2335 - Content Manager Content Manager Marketing and Communication Search 2335- Posted March 30, 2026 The Content Manager, Digital Strategy & Web assists in the development, governance, and optimization of content for the university's website and supports a cohesive strategy for digital content across platforms. This role ensures digital content is clear, accessible, user-centered, and aligned with institutional goals related to enrollment, user experience, student success, and reputation. The Content Manager collaborates closely with all campus departments and stakeholders and campus partners to deliver a consistent and effective digital experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist and manage/maintain the university website, including content creation, editing, publishing, and lifecycle management Ensure digital content is accurate, current, brand-aligned, and compliant with accessibility (ADA/WCAG) standards Support and help execute a university-wide digital content strategy across web, landing pages, email, and other digital platforms including social media. Use analytics, SEO insights, and user behavior data to guide content decisions and continuous improvement Conduct regular content audits and recommend updates, improvements, or content retirement Train and support campus content contributors on CMS use, best practices, and accessibility requirements Collaborate with web developers and designers on site enhancements and new initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate:
$20.87 - $31.31 Hourly Rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
