The ideal candidate will focus on creating and managing content through photography, video creation, writing news briefs, managing social media platforms, blogs, and other communications. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering compelling content that showcases the vibrant life and community of Eagle Hill School.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create interactive and informative content—including organic posts and paid advertisement. Produce high-quality photography and videos that capture the essence of daily life, events, and activities at Eagle Hill School.
Writing:
Craft engaging news briefs, stories, social media posts, blogs, and articles that highlight achievements, events, and important updates within the school community.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand presence.
Content Calendar:
Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns and school events.
Community Engagement:
Create engaging content that highlights Eagle Hill School and resonates with current and prospective families, alumni, and other members of the community.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and other team members to align content initiatives with overall marketing goals and strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and enhance audience reach and engagement.
Organization:
Maintain and organize a content library, including photography, video, and other media.
New Trends:
Stay up to date on emerging trends, new content formats, and best practices.
Branding:
Ensure all content is in alignment with the school's branding guidelines and standards.
