We curate thoughtfully designed gear, nursery essentials, and lifestyle products for today's parents — and we believe the way we show up online should reflect the beauty and warmth of what we sell. Our Hingham showroom is a stunning, hands-on space where real families discover the products they'll love, and we're looking for a creative mind to help bring that experience to life on social media. The Role We're hiring a part-time Social Media Creator & Strategist to join our team in-person at our Hingham showroom. This is a hands-on, camera-in-hand role — you'll be the person behind the content that makes our audience stop scrolling. You'll capture lifestyle moments, style product vignettes, shoot Reels, craft captions, and build our presence across platforms. This role is ideal for a recent grad who lives locally, has a natural eye for aesthetics, and already knows what it takes to grow a social following.

Start Date:
As soon as possible What You'll Do
  • Create and capture original photo and video content in our Hingham showroom
  • Get in front of the camera yourself — demoing products, showing off features, and bringing the Tadpole lifestyle to life on screen
  • Source, coordinate, and direct other talent to appear in content when needed
  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and use AI tools to support copy and ideation
  • Edit video and photo content using mobile and/or desktop tools (CapCut, Adobe, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and help grow our follower base organically What We're Looking For
  • Recent grad or early-career creative based locally in or near Hingham, MA
  • Proven track record of building and growing a social media following
  • Comfortable on camera — you don't mind being the face of a Reel or demoing a stroller on screen
  • Able to cast and coordinate other people for content
  • Confident behind a camera — both photo and video
  • Skilled at short-form video editing for Reels and TikTok
  • Fluent with AI tools for content creation, captioning, and strategy
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility
