The Senior Manager, Training Operations & Learning Systems is responsible for the operational infrastructure, governance, and execution of the global commercial learning ecosystem. This role serves as the primary business owner and administrator of Seismic Learning and related learning technologies. The Senior Manager oversees LMS governance, curriculum infrastructure, content lifecycle management, global training calendars, event coordination, certifications, localization, learner data, and learning analytics. The role acts as the operational hub connecting Training & Enablement with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Service, Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Privacy, Compliance, and regional stakeholders.   • Own the administration, governance, and operational management of Seismic Learning and related learning technologies.
  • Manage platform structure, navigation, user permissions, groups, assignments, learning paths, certifications, curricula, workflows, and learning records.
  • Establish standards for content quality, naming, metadata, tagging, publishing, version control, review, archiving, and learner experience.
  • Partner with Information Technology, vendors, administrators, and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and support global expansion.
  • Continuously improve platform usability, accessibility, automation, and adoption. Curriculum and Content Infrastructure
  • Maintain a structured curriculum catalog organized by role, competency, product, certification, business priority, and learner journey.
  • Administer learning pathways developed by Training & Enablement program owners and subject-matter experts.
  • Manage content intake, review, approval, publication, maintenance, translation, expiration, and retirement.
  • Maintain clear content ownership, review cadence, source files, and version control.
  • Create, edit, format, and publish LMS courses, videos, assessments, job aids, resource pages, and reinforcement materials.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve content organization, production speed, communications, and operational efficiency. Training Calendar and Event Operations
  • Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly global commercial training calendar.
  • Coordinate scheduling, registration, enrollment, communications, attendance, facilitators, materials, rooms, virtual platforms, travel logistics, pre-work, and post-work.
