Position Summary Responsible for creating and managing digital content to increase dealership engagement, drive website traffic, generate leads, and maintain a consistent online presence. Also responsibly for auditing, coordinating and maintaining relevant, accurate content for the website to ensure optimal customer interactions. The Right Candidate Will Be a friendly, outgoing, creative self-starter. You will be interacting with everyone that works here on a regular basis, as well as customers and guests of the store on occasion. You will have experience with and comprehensive knowledge of all social platforms and be able to plan, create, edit and track content effectively. Time management is important as you will be organizing social content as well as keeping a focus on website content and functionality, in addition to assisting with other marketing pieces as needed. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dealership social media platforms.
  • Create monthly content calendars.
  • Capture/edit photos and videos.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Update website specials, banners and promotions.
  • Run monthly website audit to ensure functionality.
  • Ensure incentives and marketing messages are current.
  • Coordinate website content with manufacturer programs.
  • Coordinate with graphic designer on assets needed for specials and sponsorships.
  • Work with Sales, Service, Parts, and BDC on promotions.
  • Support dealership events and community outreach.
  • Track website, social media, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor online reputation and reviews.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends.
  • Ensure Chevrolet brand compliance.
  • Perform other marketing duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Photography/videography and basic editing skills.
  • Experience with CMS, Canva or Adobe preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
