Social Media & Content Creator (Shoot + Edit) TNS Autosports - North Kansas City, MO & Olathe, KS Dealership | Custom Automotive-Focused | Full-Time Position TNS Autosports is a dealership and custom automotive shop in North Kansas City, with our new location opening in Olathe, KS, and we're looking for a creative professional who can help us grow fast, look sharp, and dominate online. If you've got real experience shooting and editing your own content, know how social platforms actually work, and are comfortable running camera gear on your own — we need you. More than anything, we're looking for someone passionate about content creation who wants to grow with us and become a real part of the team — not just clock in and out. What You'll Be Doing:
Shoot and edit daily content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — vehicle walkarounds, install videos, behind-the-scenes shop clips, customer testimonials Operate your own camera setup (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbal, mic, lighting) on the sales floor and around the shop Create flyers, ads, and promos for current inventory and services Build local brand awareness and engagement through paid and organic growth Manage a content/marketing calendar and execute a real strategy — not just "post something" Track what's actually performing (views, engagement, leads) and adjust content accordingly Assist with website content, Google Business listings, and digital marketing ideas
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience shooting AND editing your own video content — not just editing other people's footage A real understanding of how social platforms work: hooks, retention, algorithms, trends Comfortable with camera gear and basic lighting/audio setups; own gear is a plus Skilled with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar) A portfolio or social profile that proves you can make content that actually gets views Experience growing a business or dealership brand is a huge plus Automotive industry experience preferred, not required Professional, organized, and ready to grind Passionate, hungry to grow, and looking for a real long-term team to be part of — not just a short-term gig Local to the Kansas City area and familiar with the car/truck scene is a huge bonus
Compensation:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and value you bring to the table Potential for project-based or full-time position Growth opportunity as the business scales Flexible work environment with creative freedom
