About the role 22 Media is a social-first content agency. We're bringing on a Montana-based content creator for the Yellowstone campaign of an established national cannabis brand.

This is hands-on production work:

you'll be the person on the ground capturing content. You'll shoot a mix of polished brand assets and native, scroll-stopping social content

• the kind that looks like it came from a real person, not an ad (think rhode and nude project!) What you'll do Create UGC-style content: talking-head videos, product demos, lifestyle clips, and unboxings shot on iPhone Plan and run mini photo shoots
• scouting locations, sourcing props, coordinating talent, and managing the day Capture higher-production photo and video with a professional camera for hero assets and paid media Deliver organized, edited-ready files on deadline with clear naming and folder structure Collaborate with our strategy team on shot lists, creative direction, and content calendars Turn around content quickly
• launch timelines move fast What we're looking for 1+ years creating content for brands, with a portfolio of both photo and video work Your own professional camera (mirrorless or DSLR) plus lenses and basic lighting
• this is required A current-generation iPhone and fluency in shooting native vertical content Comfortable on camera and behind it Based in the Yellowstone area with reliable transportation to shoot locations Must be 21 or older Organized and self-directed
• you can run a shoot day without hand-holding bonus if you have a fun friend group willing to be in content in exchange for free product!
