We build heirloom-quality fire tables, burner systems, and architectural fire features for homeowners, architects, builders, and landscape designers across the country. Every piece is hand-built and made-to-order in our Missoula shop. We believe a fire feature should be the gathering place, the center of a backyard, a rooftop, or a hospitality space. We engineer ours to last decades. The brand is quiet and confident. We build well, we photograph well, and we write like real people. The role We're hiring an in-house Content Creator to capture the work happening in our Missoula shop and on local installs, and turn it into the photo, video, graphic, and social content that carries the brand.
This is a production role:
you will spend most of your time behind a camera, at an edit station, and managing our social channels. The work is hands-on, the standards are high, and the role reports directly to the Brand Manager. Your work will support our broader brand strategy across technical credibility, human connection, luxury positioning, and education. The day-to-day is rooted in making the assets that bring those strategies to life. What you'll do Capture and editing Shoot photo and video in our Missoula shop, capturing fabrication, process, and product detail Capture lifestyle and finished-installation content at local installs and project sites Coordinate on-location shoot logistics with the shop team, installers, and dealers Edit short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Edit long-form video for YouTube and the website Edit photography for social, web, email, and sales tools Design graphics for social, email, and web (carousels, story templates, occasional flyers and one-pagers) Repurpose the existing photo and video library into new formats and cuts Social media and automation Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads Produce LinkedIn content for our architect, designer, builder, and landscape professional audience Maintain the content calendar and publish on a consistent cadence Use AI scheduling and content automation tools to streamline publishing where possible Apply AI tools for captioning, repurposing, and adapting content across platforms Write captions and supporting copy that read like a person wrote them Respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in the Montana Fire Pits voice Track audience growth, engagement, and content performance Maintain an organized, accessible asset library Resource library production Produce educational video and graphic assets for our Pro and homeowner resource libraries under direction from the
Brand Manager:
concept, script, storyboard, capture, edit, and hand off finished assets to the web team for publishing Create and catalog supporting visuals for spec sheets, install guides, and drawing packages so technical documents stay on-brand Develop how-to, product-comparison, and design-consideration content that helps homeowners and Pros make informed decisions Maintain the library so resources stay current as products, specs, and brand standards evolve What we're looking for (portfolio or examples required) Two to five years of proven content production experience, in-house or agency Strong photo and video capture skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio Editing fluency in Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop, or equivalent Comfort with mobile-first editing for short-form content Working knowledge of static graphic design (Figma, Canva, or Illustrator, etc.) for social and web assets Fluency with AI tools for scheduling, captioning, repurposing, and workflow automation Based in Missoula or willing to relocate Who you are You have visual taste for premium and architectural work. You can tell the difference between content that looks like a brand and content that looks like a feed You have a strong written voice. Your captions and supporting copy read like a person wrote them, not a content tool You have storytelling instincts. You see narrative, not just composition You are reliable and consistent.
