Social Media Content Creator & Brand Personality Part Time / Full Time Available Greensboro, NC | In Person Position Beauty Industry | Content | Marketing | Creative Role Join the Team at Kaylen Vo BEAUTY We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and trend savvy Social Media Content Creator to help bring our brands to life through engaging and entertaining content. This is not just a "take pictures and post" position. We want someone who understands social media, stays on top of trends, and knows how to create content people actually stop to watch. You will help us grow through weekly skits, storytelling, behind the scenes content, and creative marketing. If you naturally think of content ideas throughout the day and love social media, this may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Create, film, and edit engaging content for social media Come up with weekly skits and creative content ideas for the salon and team Stay updated on trends, sounds, and viral content ideas Create content for beauty services, products, staff, transformations, and salon life Film reels, TikToks, behind the scenes moments, educational content, and personality driven videos Help plan weekly content and maintain consistency across platforms Bring fresh ideas to help grow brand awareness and engagement

The Right Person:

Loves social media and naturally thinks of content ideas Is comfortable filming and being on camera when needed Has a fun, creative personality and is confident bringing ideas to life Knows how to edit videos using CapCut or similar editing apps Understands Instagram, TikTok, trends, hooks, and engagement Can work independently and does not need step by step direction daily Is dependable, organized, and self motivated

Bonus If You:

Have experience growing a social media page Have experience in beauty, branding, or influencer style content Know how to create content that feels authentic and relatable Enjoy filming funny skits and personality based content

We are looking for someone who can consistently create engaging content and bring creative ideas to the table. This role is for someone who wants to help build brands, grow online presence, and create content that people enjoy watching. Pay based on experience, creativity, and skill level.
